Wan Wei Han
Co-Founder & CEO
Wan Wei Han, ACA (ICAEW), is a Chartered Accountant and technology entrepreneur serving as Co-Founder and CEO of ATHR Corporate Services in Singapore. With over eight years of accounting and corporate services experience, he leads multidisciplinary teams in corporate secretarial, accounting, and advisory services. Known for pioneering the integration of technology with traditional professional services, he has transformed corporate governance and compliance delivery through digital innovation. His expertise spans financial assurance, tax advisory, and corporate structuring. Wan Wei Han is recognized as a thought leader on Singapore business regulations and SME development, committed to making professional services more accessible and affordable while maintaining high standards.
Paul Wan
Co-Founder & Chairman
Paul Wan, FCA, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a practicing member of ISCA. With 45 years of experience including tenure at KPMG, he founded Paul Wan & Co in 1986. He has handled major audit assignments for private and listed companies, specializing in IPO work across banking, oil and gas, shipping, and hospitality industries. He formerly served as independent director on Singapore government-linked companies. In September 2020, Paul was elected Chairman of Morison Global (ranked 9th globally), becoming the first Asian and Singaporean to chair an international accounting group—a position to which he was re-elected.
